The short answer

Zantara Capital (Zantara Investment Partners LLC) is a Dubai-based capital advisory firm and principal lender. Founded by Ben Ross, it arranges acquisition finance, equity release and portfolio facilities for UAE property investors, developers and family offices, and also lends directly.

Access to capital

Relationships with UAE banks and international private credit. Each case is prepared before a lender sees it, then placed with the funding line suited to its structure.

Every mandate is led by a senior principal who structures the transaction and remains the client’s point of contact through to drawdown.

Structured, not standardised

Where a case does not fit a standard product, such as vacant units, company ownership or overseas income, we structure a facility around it.

Ben Ross

Founder and Chief Executive

Ben founded FernRoss Partners in London as a specialist property finance business, then built Zantara Capital in Dubai to bring structured real estate finance to the UAE. His career spans investment broking, proprietary trading, FX and treasury, fintech lending and real estate capital advisory, which gives him a view of every side of a transaction: borrower, lender and investor. He leads origination, structuring and funder relationships across the UAE, the UK and Spain.

Dr Alfadhel bin Mana

Strategic Partner

Dr Alfadhel is a highly regarded figure in Dubai, with long-standing relationships across government, developers and private capital. He guides the firm’s growth in the UAE and opens doors to the partners and investors that shape its lending platform, giving clients and capital partners a senior, locally rooted point of contact alongside the founding team.

Therese Eriksen

Real Estate Finance Manager, Sales and Partnerships

Therese covers Zantara’s sales and partnerships, working with the developers, funds, family offices and professional advisers who bring mandates to the firm, and with the agencies and introducers in its partner network. She brings a background in banking and finance in Norway and specialises in bespoke, property-backed financing. She manages each mandate from the first conversation through to credit approval, keeping clients fully informed at every stage.
