Finance assessed on
your global income.
Global Income Release is capital against completed UAE property, assessed on net global income: salary, business and rental income earned in the UAE, abroad or both. It lends up to 40% of value on interest-only terms of up to 10 years. One or more years of interest can be set aside from the facility at the start, so there is nothing to pay monthly while that reserve lasts.
- Business owners whose income isn’t on a payslip
- Overseas earners with UAE property
- Investors who would rather not pay monthly for the first year or two
- We look at income wherever it is earned
- You choose whether to set aside one or more years of interest
- The reserve covers the interest as it falls due
- You receive the balance as released capital
Global Income, answered.
Is it interest free?
No. Interest is set aside from the facility at the start, so there is nothing to pay monthly while the reserve lasts.
Does income earned abroad count?
Yes. Salary, business and rental income earned in the UAE, abroad or both is taken into account.
How much can I borrow?
Up to 40% of the property’s value. Your net global income needs to comfortably cover the annual interest.
What documents are needed?
Typically 12 months of personal bank statements, the title deed, passport and, where the property is let, the tenancy contract.
Need more than 40%?
Our Release and Portfolio facilities lend up to 70% of value, sized on the asset and its rent. A principal will advise which suits your case.
